Rapid Recovery Solution has moved

I wanted to personally thank all of our clients for being patient while we moved to our brand new, larger facility. This will will allow us to add over 20 new jobs. To be able to do that in this terrible economy is a testament to our strong desire to succeed in the face of adversity.  Starting Monday, Rapid Recovery Solution will be fully operational. I look forward to servicing my loyal customers as you help us remain the # 1 Collection Agency on Google Search. Here's to a  phenomenal 2009.

Thank you for choosing Rapid Recovery Solution for all of your collection needs.

    John-

I wanted to let you know that we placed a debt in collection 9-25-09. We have had no contact from our representative Maggie Familia.

We followed up in November and she indicated the customer was giving the runaround.

We followed up again today and she said the customer number is disconnected and its a waste of her time.

Very unprofessional experience with your organization.

I just reviewed your file and unfortunately, the phone number goes to a voice mail that is full. We sent three letters to the debtor and have had zero contact in the last 60 days. We marked their credit with the three credit bureaus and did a basic skip trace on the file at our expense. The debt is for $450 and we have exhausted all our efforts. If you would like to perform a Deep Skip Trace it would cost you $75 on this file.

      Thank you for your business.

It is rare to see a company publicly thank customers for anything. Congratulations on being proactive in this.

    Status on Case Number 11972

I opened a case with you in Jan 2010. I followed up Feb 5th to receive a status and paid $250 for "legal fees". I sent another follow up email on March 7th and have not received a response. Would you be able to provide a status on my case or encourage a response?

    Thank you!

What a great example of above the top customer service. I have seen many company blogs and forums where customers who speak up or have an issue either get their comment removed or ignored. I am more willing to do business with a company when I know they have great customer service. Keep up the great work and if I am ever in need of your services you will be the first company I call.
